Article 1 [Purpose)

The purpose of these terms and conditions is to stipulate rights, obligations and responsibilities between this service and members, as well as other necessary matters in relation to the use of all services provided by the "Service" (FolderStory/FolderWork service)

Article 2 (Definitions)

The definitions of terms used in these terms and conditions are as follows.
1. “Service” means FolderStory/FolderWork and related services that “Members” can use regardless of the device (mobile phone, tablet, PC, etc.) on which the service is run.
2. "Member" means a customer who accesses this service, concludes a contract of use in accordance with these terms and conditions, and uses this service.
3. "Posts" means articles, photos, videos, and various files and links posted by "Member" on "Service".

Article 3 (Posting and Revision of Terms and Conditions)

1. This service publishes the contents of these terms and conditions within the service.
2. This service may revise these terms and conditions to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws.
3. If this service revises the terms and conditions, it will be notified through a notice within the service 7 days prior to the revision, and if the member does not cancel the use contract within the period, it is deemed to have agreed to the revised terms and conditions.

Article 4 (Conclusion of use contract)

1. The contract of use is concluded when a person who wants to become a "Member" (hereinafter "subscription applicant") applies for membership and the service approves the application.
2. In principle, this service accepts the membership application. However, this service may not accept the application for the following reasons or terminate the contract of use afterwards.
1) In case of stealing other people's information or photos
2) If false information is entered or meaningless information that does not fit the purpose of this service is entered
3) If the applicant for membership has previously lost membership and has not been approved for membership re-registration for this service
4) For children under the age of 14
5) In case approval is not possible due to reasons attributable to the applicant or if the application is made in violation of other regulations
3. This service may request authentication from the "Member" if it is suspected that the information of the "Member" is false or the information of others is stolen.
4. Approval may be withheld for this service if there is no room for service-related facilities or if there is a technical or business problem.
5. The time of establishment of the contract of use shall be the time of completion of membership registration.
6. This service can differentiate the use of "Member" by classifying them by grade according to the policy of this service, subdividing the time of use, the number of times of use, and the service menu.

Article 5 (Change of Member Information)

1. "Member" can view and modify their information at any time.
2. "Member" must not enter false information when correcting their information.
3. This service may restrict the use of the service if the "Member" violates the above 2 paragraphs.

Article 6 (Obligation to protect personal information)

This service strives to protect the personal information of "Member" as stipulated by related laws such as the "Information and Communications Network Act". For the protection and use of personal information, the relevant laws and regulations and the privacy policy of this service apply.

Article 7 (Notice to "Member")

1. When this service notifies a "Member", it can be notified by sending a message within the service, or by e-mail used by the "Member" when registering as a member.
2. In the case of notification to all "Member" of this service, it may be substituted for the notification in Paragraph 1 by posting it on the notice of this service for more than 7 days.

Article 8 (Obligations of this service)

1. This service does not engage in acts prohibited by the relevant laws and these terms and conditions or contrary to public morals, and strives to do its best to provide the "Service" continuously and stably.
2. This service discloses and complies with the privacy policy so that "Member" can use it safely.

Article 9 (Obligations of "Member")

1. "Member" shall not engage in the following acts.
1) Registering false content or meaningless content that does not fit the purpose of this service
2) Stealing other people's information
3) Changing the information posted by this service, or sending or posting information other than the information specified by this service (computer programs, etc.)
4) Acts that infringe intellectual property rights such as copyrights of this service and other third parties
5) Acts that damage the reputation of this service and other third parties or interfere with business
6) Acts for profit-making purposes such as advertising without consent to this service
7) Other illegal or unfair acts, acts that cause damage to others
2. "Member" must comply with the provisions of these terms and conditions, usage guidelines, and related laws, and must not engage in other acts that interfere with the business of this service.

Article 10 (Obligations for Account Management of "Member")

1. You can use this service by creating an account through E-Mail.
2. "Member" must create an account with their e-mail.
3. "Member" must manage their passwords so that they are not exposed to others.
4. If an account is created on this service through a stolen or incorrectly entered e-mail, the "Member" must immediately notify this service and follow the instructions of this service.
5. In relation to paragraph 5 above, this service is not responsible for any disadvantages caused by the "Member" not notifying the service to the service, or not following the instructions of the service even if notified.
6. This service may restrict the use of the account if there is a risk that the "Member"'s account may leak personal information, go against anti-social or public morals, or be mistaken for the service and the operator of this service.
7. In this service, if the "member"'s account has not been accessed for more than one year, the account may be deactivated or deleted.

Article 11 (Provision of "Service", etc.)

In principle, this service is provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, if there are other operational reasons such as system update, transfer of equipment such as server, inspection, or failure, the provision of the service may be temporarily suspended.

Article 12 (Change of "Service")

1. This service may change all or part of the service provided according to operational and technical needs.
2. This service may modify, suspend, or change part or all of the service for the needs of the policy and operation of this service, and there is no separate compensation to the "Member" for this.

Article 13 (Copyright of "Post")

1. The copyright of the "post" posted by the "Member" in this service belongs to the author of the post.

Article 16 (Copyright of "Service")

1. All copyrights and intellectual property rights for this service belong to this service.
2. This service grants "Member" only the right to use this service, and "Member" cannot transfer, sell, or provide collateral.

Article 18 (Cancellation of Contract, Termination, etc.)

1. "Member" may use the "Delete Account" menu within the service to terminate the contract and delete the account.
2. When the "Member" terminates the contract, the personal data of the "Member" will be deleted immediately upon termination, except when the service retains member information in accordance with the relevant laws and privacy policy.
3. Even if the "Member" terminates the contract, the posts and comments written in the public place of the "Member" are not automatically deleted. If you want to delete posts and comments written by a "Member" in a public place, you must manually delete the posts and comments before deleting your account.

Article 19 (Restriction on Use, etc.)

1. This service may restrict the use of the service if a "Member" violates the obligations of these terms and conditions or interferes with the normal operation of the service.

Article 20 (Limitation of Liability)

1. This service is exempted from liability if the service cannot be provided due to natural disasters, wars, technical defects that are difficult to solve, or force majeure equivalent thereto.
2. This service is not responsible for any obstacles in using the service due to reasons attributable to the "Member".
3. This service is not responsible for damages caused by unauthorized use or modification of programs and equipment of this service by a third party due to hacking, etc.
4. This service is not responsible for the reliability or accuracy of the information posted by the "Member" in relation to the "Service".
5. This service is not responsible for transactions between “Members” or between “Member” and third parties through “services”.
6. This service is not responsible for the use of services provided free of charge.
7. This service is not responsible for damages caused by intentional or negligent reasons.

Article 21 (Interpretation of Terms and Conditions)

Matters or interpretations not stipulated in these terms and conditions shall be governed by relevant laws or commercial practices.

Article 22 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. Lawsuits filed between this service and "Member" shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
2. Litigation related to disputes between this service and "Member" shall be governed by the Seoul Central District Court, Republic of Korea.

FolderStory/FolderWork 서비스 이용약관

제 1 조 (목적)

본 약관은 "FolderStory/FolderWork" 서비스(이하 본 서비스)가 제공하는 제반 서비스의 이용과 관련하여 본 서비스와 회원과의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항, 기타 필요한 사항을 규정하는 것을 목적으로 합니다.

제 2 조 (정의)

이 약관에서 사용하는 용어의 정의는 아래와 같습니다.
1. "본 서비스"라 함은 서비스가 실행되는 디바이스(휴대폰, 태블릿, PC 등 각종 유무선 장치)에 관계없이 "회원"이 이용할 수 있는 FolderStory/FolderWork 및 관련 제반 서비스를 의미합니다.
2. "회원"이라 함은 본 서비스 에 접속하여 이 약관에 따라 이용계약을 체결하고 본 서비스를 이용하는 고객을 의미합니다.
3. "게시물"이라 함은 "회원"이"서비스상"에 게시한 글, 사진, 동영상 및 각종 파일과 링크 등을 의미합니다.

제 3 조 (약관의 게시와 개정)

1. 본 서비스는 이 약관의 내용을 서비스 내에 게시합니다.
2. 본 서비스는 관련법을 위배하지 않는 범위에서 이 약관을 개정할 수 있습니다.
3. 본 서비스가 약관을 개정할 경우 개정 7일 전에 서비스 내의 공지사항으로 공지하며, 회원이 해당 기간 내에 이용계약을 해지하지 않으면 개정약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

제 4 조 (이용계약 체결)

1. 이용계약은 "회원"이 되고자 하는 자(이하 "가입신청자")가 회원가입신청을 하고 본 서비스가 신청을 승낙함으로써 체결됩니다.
2. 본 서비스는 회원가입신청을 승낙함을 원칙으로 합니다. 단, 본 서비스는 아래의 사유에 해당하는 신청에 대하여는 승낙을 하지 않거나 사후에 이용계약을 해지할 수 있습니다.
1) 타인의 정보나 사진 등을 도용한 경우
2) 허위의 정보를 기재하거나, 본 서비스의 취지에 맞지 않는 무의미한 정보를 기재한 경우
3) 가입신청자가 이전에 회원자격을 상실한 적이 있으며, 본 서비스의 회원 재가입 승인을 얻지 못한 경우
4) 만 14세 미만의 어린이인 경우
5) 가입신청자의 귀책사유로 인하여 승인이 불가능하거나 기타 규정한 제반 사항을 위반하며 신청하는 경우
3. 본 서비스는 "회원"의 정보가 허위이거나 타인의 정보를 도용한 것으로 의심될 경우, "회원"에게 인증을 요청할 수 있습니다.
4. 본 서비스는 서비스 관련 설비의 여유가 없거나, 기술상 또는 업무상 문제가 있는 경우에는 승낙을 유보할 수 있습니다.
5. 이용계약의 성립 시기는 회원 가입이 완료된 시점으로 합니다.
6. 본 서비스는 "회원"을 본 서비스의 정책에 따라 등급별로 구분하여 이용시간, 이용횟수, 서비스 메뉴 등을 세분하여 이용에 차등을 둘 수 있습니다.

제 5 조 (회원정보의 변경)

1. "회원"은 언제든지 자신의 정보를 열람하고 수정할 수 있습니다.
2. "회원"은 자신의 정보를 수정할 때 허위의 정보를 입력하지 않아야 합니다.
3. 본 서비스는 "회원"이 위의 2항을 위배할 경우 서비스 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.

제 6 조 (개인정보보호 의무)

본 서비스는 "정보통신망법" 등 관계 법령이 정하는 바에 따라 "회원"의 개인정보를 보호하기 위해 노력합니다. 개인정보의 보호 및 이용에 대해서는 관계 법령 및 본 서비스의 개인정보취급방침이 적용됩니다.

제 7 조 ("회원"에 대한 통지)

1. 본 서비스에서 "회원"에 대한 통지를 하는 경우 서비스 내의 메시지 전송, "회원"이 회원가입시 사용한 E-Mail 로 통지할 수 있습니다.
2. 본 서비스는 "회원" 전체에 대한 통지의 경우 7일 이상 본 서비스의 공지사항에 게시함으로써 제1항의 통지에 갈음할 수 있습니다.

제 8 조 (본 서비스의 의무)

1. 본 서비스는 관련법과 이 약관이 금지하거나 미풍양속에 반하는 행위를 하지 않으며, 계속적이고 안정적으로 "서비스"를 제공하기 위하여 최선을 다하여 노력합니다.
2. 본 서비스는 "회원"이 안전하게 이용할 수 있도록 개인정보취급방침을 공시하고 준수합니다.

제 9 조 ("회원"의 의무)

1. "회원"은 아래와 같은 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.
1) 허위내용 또는 본 서비스 취지에 맞지 않는 무의미한 내용을 등록하는 행위
2) 타인의 정보를 도용하는 행위
3) 본 서비스가 게시한 정보를 변경하거나, 본 서비스가 정한 정보 이외의 정보(컴퓨터 프로그램 등) 를 송신 또는 게시하는 행위
4) 본 서비스와 기타 제3자의 저작권 등 지적재산권을 침해하는 행위
5) 본 서비스 및 기타 제3자의 명예를 손상시키거나 업무를 방해하는 행위
6) 본 서비스의 동의 없이 광고 등 영리를 목적으로 하는 행위
7) 기타 불법적이거나 부당한 행위, 타인에게 피해를 주는 행위
2. "회원"은 이 약관의 규정 및 이용 안내, 관계 법령 등을 준수하여야 하며 기타 본 서비스의 업무에 방해되는 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.

제 10 조 ("회원"의 계정 관리에 대한 의무)

1. 본 서비스는 E-Mail 로 계정을 생성하고 이용할 수 있습니다.
2. "회원"은 반드시 자신의 E-Mail 로 계정을 생성해야 합니다.
3. "회원"은 비밀번호가 타인에게 노출되지 않도록 관리해야 합니다.
4. 도용되거나 잘못 입력된 E-Mail 을 통해 본 서비스에 계정이 생성된 경우 "회원"은 이를 즉시 본 서비스에 통지하고 본 서비스의 안내에 따라야 합니다.
5. 위의 5항과 관련하여, "회원"이 본 서비스에 그 사실을 통지하지 않거나, 통지한 경우에도 본 서비스의 안내에 따르지 않아 발생한 불이익에 대하여 본 서비스는 책임지지 않습니다.
6. 본 서비스는 "회원"의 계정이 개인정보 유출 우려가 있거나, 반사회적 또는 미풍양속에 어긋나거나, 본 서비스 및 본 서비스의 운영자로 오인할 우려가 있는 경우, 해당 계정의 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.
7. 본 서비스는 "회원"의 계정이 1년 이상 미접속할 경우, 계정을 비활성화하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다.

제 11 조 ("서비스"의 제공 등)

본 서비스는 연중무휴, 1일 24시간 제공함을 원칙으로 합니다. 다만, 시스템의 업데이트, 서버 등 장비의 이전이나 점검, 장애 발생 등 기타 운영상의 사유가 있는 경우 서비스의 제공을 일시적으로 중단할 수 있습니다.

제 12 조 ("서비스"의 변경)

1. 본 서비스는 운영상, 기술상의 필요에 따라 제공하고 있는 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 변경할 수 있습니다.
2. 본 서비스는 서비스의 일부 또는 전부를 본 서비스의 정책 및 운영의 필요상 수정, 중단, 변경할 수 있으며, 이에 대하여 "회원"에게 별도의 보상을 하지 않습니다.

제 18 조 (계약해제, 해지 등)

1. "회원"은 서비스 내의 "계정 삭제" 메뉴를 이용하여 계약을 해지하고 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다.
2. "회원"이 계약을 해지할 경우, 관련법 및 개인정보취급방침에 따라 본 서비스가 회원정보를 보유하는 경우를 제외하고는 해지 즉시 "회원"의 개인 데이터가 삭제됩니다.
3. "회원"이 계약을 해지할 경우에도, "회원"이 공개된 장소에 작성한 글과 댓글은 자동으로 삭제되지 않습니다. "회원"이 공개된 장소에 작성한 글과 댓글의 삭제를 원할 경우, 계정 삭제 전에 직접 글과 댓글을 삭제해야 합니다.

제 19 조 (이용제한 등)

1. 본 서비스는 "회원"이 본 약관의 의무를 위반하거나 서비스의 정상적인 운영을 방해한 경우, 서비스의 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.

제 20 조 (책임제한)

1. 본 서비스는 천재지변, 전쟁, 해결이 어려운 기술적 결함 또는 이에 준하는 불가항력으로 인하여 서비스를 제공할 수 없는 경우 책임이 면제됩니다.
2. 본 서비스는 "회원"의 귀책사유로 인한 서비스 이용의 장애에 대하여 책임을 지지 않습니다.
3. 본 서비스는 제 3자가 해킹 등으로 본 서비스의 프로그램과 장비를 무단으로 이용 또는 변형하여 발생하는 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
4. 본 서비스는 "회원"이 "서비스"와 관련하여 게재한 정보의 신뢰도나 정확성 등의 내용에 관하여 책임을 지지 않습니다.
5. 본 서비스는 "회원" 간 또는 "회원"과 제3자 상호간에 "서비스"를 매개로 하여 거래 등을 한 경우 책임을 지지 않습니다.
6. 본 서비스는 무료로 제공되는 서비스 이용과 관련하여 책임을 지지 않습니다.
7. 본 서비스는 고의 또는 과실이 없는 사유로 인해 발생한 손해에 책임을 지지 않습니다.

제 21 조 (약관의 해석)

본 약관에서 정하지 아니한 사항이나 해석에 대해서는 관계법령 또는 상관례에 따릅니다.

제 22 조 (준거법 및 재판관할)

1. 본 서비스와 "회원" 간 제기된 소송은 대한민국법을 준거법으로 합니다.
2. 본 서비스와 "회원"간 발생한 분쟁에 관한 소송은 대한민국 서울중앙지방법원을 관할법원으로 합니다.
